AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Chamber has confirmed its 2026 board leadership, announcing Denise Davis, Partner at Davis Kaufman PLLC, as Board Chair, with David Jabour, serving as Chair Elect. Their terms will begin January 1, 2026.

Denise Davis brings more than 25 years of public service experience in and around the Texas Legislature, representing clients in both the public and private sectors. A partner at Davis Kaufman PLLC, a boutique law firm and lobbying practice based in Austin, Davis has served on the Austin Chamber’s board for four years and most recently held the role of Chair Elect. She is deeply engaged in civic leadership across Texas and currently serves on many different boards across the Austin area.

“I am honored to serve as the 2026 chair of the Austin Chamber and to work alongside an exceptional group of business and civic leaders,” said Davis. “As chair, I look forward to advancing priorities that support entrepreneurship, strengthen our workforce, drive sustainable economic development, enhance public safety, and deepen collaboration with our nonprofit partners. I’m grateful for Mark Ramseur’s leadership as our 2025 chair and am excited to build on the Chamber’s momentum as we continue advocating for a strong, inclusive, and competitive Austin region.”

David Jabour is a business leader and the President and third-generation co-owner of Twin Liquors, one of Texas’s largest family-owned wine and spirits retailers. David is also active in broader industry leadership and local business circles, contributing his experience to professional associations and community organizations.

“It is my privilege to serve as Chair Elect of the Austin Chamber and to support Denise Davis as she leads the organization into 2026,” said David Jabour. “The Chamber plays a vital role in advancing a strong business climate for Austin, and I look forward to working with our board and partners to help drive continued growth, collaboration, and opportunity for our region.”

In addition to confirming the chair and vice chair, the Austin Chamber will also welcome new board members whose terms begin January 1, 2026, and expire December 31, 2028. Additional leadership and board appointments are listed below.
