At GarzaEMC, we love partnering with organizations that truly make a difference in our community. For many years, we’ve proudly teamed with the Salvation Army to support families through a variety of events, including the annual Toy Drive and Distribution and Back-to-School Field Day and Shoe Donation.

This year, we were excited to host a brand-new holiday event for Salvation Army families. Together, we decorated cookies and homemade ornaments—eating far more cookies than we probably should have along the way. The afternoon was filled with smiles, laughter, and meaningful connections, reminding us that the holidays are about being present and sharing time with one another.

In addition to these events, GarzaEMC is honored to support the Salvation Army Angel Tree program by volunteering and adopting a family, helping ensure families in need receive gifts and necessities during the holidays. Participating in the Angel Tree allows our team to directly impact local families and reinforces the spirit of giving that defines this time of year.

Family is one of GarzaEMC’s core values, and we’re grateful for opportunities to extend that sense of family to those served by the Salvation Army. We look forward to continuing this partnership and creating more moments of connection, care, and community in the years ahead.
