Investments in family-friendly policies are proven to improve employee retention, strengthen recruitment pipelines, reduce turnover costs, and drive higher engagement and productivity across the workforce.

Recognizing the impact these policies have on business performance and long-term workforce stability, the Austin Chamber, in partnership with United Way for Greater Austin and Early Matters Greater Austin, introduced the Best Place for Working Parents® category as part of the Greater Austin Business Awards.
